Our specialty cut flower ranunculus corms are now available to the home gardener.
Ranunculus have quickly become one of my favorite spring flowers. Everyone clamors for these ruffled petaled beauties. The Telecote series is a premium strain developed in Southern California. They produce large, double blooms - often 4 to 5 inches across. Although the Telecote variety was specifically bred for extra large, double blooms, single blooms still occur. These single blooms are equally beautify and remind me of poppies without the crinkled petals. Each jumbo corm produces 7 to 10 flowers and has an amazing vase life of up to two weeks. Ranunculus bloom approximately 90 days after planting. They grow to be approximately 18” to 24” tall.
Ranunculus can be planted in the fall and over-wintered or can be planted in late winter (January/February). Complete growing instructions will be included with your purchase.
There is no guarantee of flower colors since this is a mixed product but it will contain both bright and pastel colors.
