Holy Cow! I have been learning more and more about Italian Ranunculus and the more I learn the more obsessed I become. The Elegance Pastello 102-14 variety are a newly introduced variety and is part of Onings Holland Dolce Vita Pastello mix. This mix is insanely beautiful with variations of pink, peach, salmon and cream.
Ranunculus have quickly become one of my favorite spring flowers. Everyone clamors for these ruffled petaled beauties. The Elegance Pastello series was bred by Italian growers and this variety produces large, fully double blooms that are well-suited for cut flowers due to their long, strong stems and long vase life. They also perform well in gardens, pots and greenhouses. This variety is bred for high production with each corm yielding numerous blooms. This variety is far more expensive, but worth every penny. Ranunculus bloom approximately 90 days after planting.
Ranunculus can be planted in the fall and over-wintered or can be planted in late winter (January/February). Complete growing instructions will be included with your purchase.
